By using OnMe, you accept these simple terms. We've kept them as short and human as possible.
Personal use
OnMe is offered for your personal, non-commercial styling. Please don't resell access, scrape the service, or use generated looks to misrepresent another person.
Your photos, your responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit. Don't upload images of other people without their consent, and don't upload anything depicting minors.
Generated looks
Try-on results are visual interpretations, not exact garment previews. Fit, fabric, and color may differ from real life. Looks are for inspiration — not measurement, medical, or commercial use.
Acceptable use
Don't use OnMe to create explicit, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful imagery. We may decline to generate, or quietly remove access for, anything that crosses these lines.
Availability
We aim for a calm, reliable experience but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve, and occasionally something breaks. We'll do our best to make it right.
Intellectual property
The OnMe app, brand, and design are ours. The photos you upload remain yours. The looks you generate are yours to keep, share, and enjoy within these terms.
No warranty
OnMe is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
If these terms meaningfully change, we'll update the date below and surface the change inside the app.
